Australian Carers Guide Editor-In-Chief Paul Koury shares his thoughts ahead of World MS Day on May 30th:

As the editor of the Australian Carers Guide and someone living with multiple sclerosis (MS), I understand what it’s like to live with this condition every day. MS is a tough journey with lots of ups and downs, but it also shows us how strong we can be. Each day brings new challenges, but every small victory reminds us of our resilience.

To our readers who have MS, know you’re not alone, and to those readers caring for someone with MS, your support means the world. Together, we’re a community that understands and supports each other, facing the highs and lows of MS with determination. Come World MS Day on 30 May 2024, let’s celebrate our strength and keep pushing for more breakthroughs in MS research.

Learning about MS

What is MS? How is it diagnosed and who gets it? Join MS Nurse advisor, Jane Bridgman in this Webinar hosted by MS Plus she unpacks the basics and discusses symptoms and treatments. This is suited to those recently diagnosed and their carers while also being a great refresher for those who have been living with the disease for some time.
