Meet the team

After completing his qualifications in Business Management, Paul has spent the last 30 years in publishing. He started out as a regional sales manager, spending 5 years at Fairfax, and then the next 15 years as GM of the Australian Media Group, growing the business from 1 to 15 titles. Time for a change came and Paul went into consulting work for 8 years to help struggling publishers. He now sits at the helm of the most exciting print, digital and online publication; The Australian Carers Guide.

Kylie has an extensive background in office administration particular in the area of disability support.. Kylie also has 2 children of her own and therefore understands the incredible demands and pressures which comes with finding work life balance. We are delighted in welcoming Kylie to the ACG team as our Office manager as well as the Personal Assistant to our Managing Director.

Judyth Glanville has more than 25 years of combined experience working in the Media, Communications and Public Relations industries, and the Social Welfare and Community Services sector.

We are so pleased to have Lucy Pearson join the ACG team as the MCD. Lucy is an award-winning book blogger, social media expert, graphic designer and host of The Bondi Literary Salon. Originally from the UK, she has also lived in LA and Bali, and now happily resides in Bondi.
She has over a decade of experience working with brands including Baileys, Nike and Google. She enjoys reading, travelling and learning Spanish in her spare time.

After having worked in various sales roles for 15 years, Maryanne has a real passion for Carers particularly as she herself has been in the caring role. She feels passionate about the importance of being involved in The Australian Carers Guide and sees it as a vehicle that will provide great support to the many Carers out there. She enjoys travelling and camping with her family and dogs.

With a Bachelor of Design (Honours) in Graphic Design, and over 25 years of experience on major publications within the design industry, Better Homes and Gardens Women's Weekly, Christine not only offers her talents and expertise in design but also has experience in publishing, advertising and printing.

I have been working in accounts for the past 15 years, empowering business owners around their finances. I joined the Australian Carers Guide because my personal passion to improve the lives of caregivers lines up with the aspirations and values of this company. Outside of work, I love cooking and trying bold new flavours with food; creating and knitting intricate lace designs, and gardening.

David has been a passionate website designer for 7+ years and has worked closely with Paul to bring the Australian Carers Guide website to life. As lead Web Designer at Spiral Orb Designs, David works hard to make sure his clients are 100% satisfied with the result. When not designing websites he is at the gym, travelling through SE Asia, and jamming out on the guitar.

Kristy has spent the last 5 years in the Aged Care sector helping providers find new markets and delivering new customers for their Aged Care and Home Care divisions. Her extensive experience in sales and marketing has also helped the Australian Carers Guide enter the most beneficial markets. Her friendly and professional manner is why we enjoy working with her, as I’m sure you will too.

Geoff has over 40 years of experience in Corporate Management and Finance, including Executive Management and Business Development in the UK, Australia, China, & PNG. Recently he was involved in training Transformational Business in India, Singapore, PNG & Thailand. Geoff is now available as a Business Intercessor and Consultant to SME’s.
