Lemon, Ginger & Turmeric Iced Tea

Refresh and recharge with Maggie Beer’s lemon, ginger & turmeric iced tea – a bright, invigorating blend that’s perfect for the warm spring days ahead.
INGREDIENTS
1.8L Water
30g Ginger, fresh, peeled, sliced thin
10g Turmeric, fresh, sliced thin
60ml Maple syrup
60ml Lemon juice, fresh
To serve:
6g Mint, fresh leaves
50g Lemon, slices
200g Ice
METHOD
Pour 600ml of water into a saucepan, add the ginger and turmeric and place on the stove. Bring to the boil then reduce to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes to infuse.
Remove from the heat and strain.
Add in the maple syrup, fresh lemon juice and the remaining cold water.
Serve over ice with fresh mint and a slice of lemon.
