After completing his qualifications in Business Management, Paul has spent the last 30 years in publishing. He started out as a regional sales manager, spending 5 years at Fairfax, and then the next 15 years as GM of the Australian Media Group, growing the business from 1 to 15 titles. Time for a change came and Paul went into consulting work for 8 years to help struggling publishers. He now sits at the helm of the most exciting print, digital and online publication; The Australian Carers Guide.

Julie Spice

Office Manager 

Julie holds a BSC and spent 21 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a Compliance Associate before becoming our Office Administrator. She is a devoted mother of one but understands the demands of being a primary carer having had to juggle work, motherhood and care for an ailing parent.

Lerisse Smith has more than 25 years of combined experience working in the Media, Communications and Public Relations industries, and the Social Welfare and Community Services sector.

Natalie Leys

Production Manager 

With a Bachelor in Graphic Design from Swinburne University, National School of Design, and twenty years of professional experience within the design industry, Natalie not only offers her talents and expertise in design but also has in-depth experience in project management and knowledge of print production.

Faye Morton

Finance Manager

 I have been working in accounts for the past 15 years, empowering business owners around their finances. I joined the Australian Carers Guide because my personal passion to improve the lives of caregivers lines up with the aspirations and values of this company. Outside of work, I love cooking and trying bold new flavours with food; creating and knitting intricate lace designs, and gardening.

Josh Muntz

Web Designer – IT Manager

Josh had a curiosity for code at a young age when he stumbled upon the realm of game development.  Editing code, compiling it, and seeing those changes come to life was an amazing feeling. With nearly ten years of experience in web development and the digital space. He’s since developed digital solutions for Swinburne, ANZ and is now happy to be joining these amazing people at the ACG 

Kristy Lea

Sales  & Marketing Manager

Kristy has spent the last 5 years in the Aged Care sector helping providers find new markets and delivering new customers for their Aged Care and Home Care divisions. Her extensive experience in sales and marketing has also helped the Australian Carers Guide enter the most beneficial markets. Her friendly and professional manner is why we enjoy working with her, as I’m sure you will too.

Geoff Dutton

Advisor

Geoff has over 40 years of experience in Corporate Management and Finance, including Executive Management and Business Development in the UK, Australia, China, & PNG. Recently he was involved in training Transformational Business in India, Singapore, PNG & Thailand. Geoff is now available as a Business Intercessor and Consultant to SME’s.
